We’ve just released one of our most requested features – multi-level mapping.

You can now plan multi-storey venues, multi-zone sites, and complex event layouts all within a single map.

Multi-Level Mapping

Whether you’re working across multiple floors, buildings, or areas, you can now keep everything connected in one place.

With multi-level mapping, you can:

  • Create separate levels within the same map
  • Instantly switch between levels
  • Keep infrastructure, equipment, and planning unified

No more jumping between different maps or trying to piece things together.

Why This Matters

Previously, multi-level setups often meant using separate maps or workarounds.

This made it harder to:

  • Keep teams aligned
  • Track equipment across spaces
  • Maintain a clear, overall view of your site

Now, everything lives in one place – making planning, communication, and on-site execution much smoother.

Other Improvements

Alongside this release, we’ve rolled out a number of smaller improvements across the platform:

  • Improved map performance and load times
  • Fixed issues with copy and paste when zooming
  • Smoother object editing and layer behaviour
  • Improvements to equipment and user management
  • General bug fixes across map and mobile
